What is included in 'on the day coordination'?

Working with you up to 8 weeks out from your wedding day and advising you of things you may not have considered yet

Confirming all of your vendors and their details to ensure they will be delivering what you have booked

Work with you and your vendors to create a master run sheet for your big day

Distribute your run sheet to all of your vendors. This ensures everyone has a copy of who will be where at what point in the day

Assist your MC in their run sheet and any other help they may need

Greet your vendors as they arrive and assist them with any questions they may have regarding the venue/day

Ensure your ceremony and reception is set up with all your personalised details exactly where you want them

Be your vendors point of contact for the entirety of the day

Problem solve any issues that may arise throughout the day

Run any last minute errands you may have

Assist the flow of guests from one location to another

But My Venue is Supplying a Wedding Coordinator
That’s great if the reception venue is giving you a wedding coordinator as part of your package. But honestly, it doesn’t really mean that much outside the scope of your venue. The venue’s wedding coordinator is employed by the venue (and not by you), and their first priority is to protect the interests of the venue (not yours). It is also somewhat misleading to think that your wedding coordinator hired by the reception will care about whether your priest or celebrant shows up, or if you hair and make up runs late. Their focus is to make sure the set up, the timings throughout the evening are on point and specific vendors arrive to the reception on time (like cake decorator, band, DJ etc). You’ll never get the same service from your venue wedding coordinator as you will from Tayla

We design your wedding based on your style, personalities and budget. Each wedding is different and has different needs and problematic areas. Our service gives you the opportunity to take on as much or as little work in your planning process as you like. We can focus on the areas that may be problematic for you which means you can take on the tasks that you enjoy. Our planning package includes unlimited hours so please let us be of service for you.

What is included in 'Styling'?

Delivery, set up and pack down is included but pricing will vary depending on decor order & location and time of bump out
Small Event styling incl. Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Engagement parties & Gender Reveals - $200 + the hire of furniture & decor + any damage waiver + delivery.
Wedding styling - from $2200 exl. GST + the hire of furniture & decor + any damage waiver
Late night pack down will incur a $400 fee
